Prayer beads, for those not in the know, are a collectible upgrade material that boosts the One-Armed Wolf’s maximum vitality and posture. Turning in 4 to a Sculptor’s idol will boost the player’s health by 20%, and with there being 40 total in a single playthrough, that means Sekiro players can get a maximum of 200% more health (10 prayer bead necklaces.)
However, obtaining them is not always so simple. One of the most common ways to find these upgrades is as drops from mini-bosses, and though they are doled out liberally, sometimes its a matter of knowhow to find them. Here is where to find every prayer bead, based upon each map area of Sekiro.

Finding these will help Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice survive a little longer against some of the most difficult bosses in the game, so given the intense difficulty, we cannot recommend finding as many of these as possible enough. So, hopefully, this guide helps with just that.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
